CASHIER: $11/HR PART-TIME
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
Answer phones to take orders
pack food
Process credit cards and get signatures
Create change for those paying with cash
Closeout the register at the end of the day
Provide customer service
Your job as a cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you’ll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as a Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.
SKILLS:

SERVER: $10/hr plus tips PART TIME
Responsibilities :
Greeting and seating customers
Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
Making menu item recommendations
Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen, and in the dining area
Skills:

Responsibilities:
Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager
Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats
Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
Parboiling food, reducing sauces, and starting the first steps in various dishes
Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils, and cookware taking out the trash, and sanitizing the kitchen
Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply
Skills:
Superior dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely
Keen understanding of industry-standard best cooking and preparation practices
Dishwasher: $11.28/hr
Responsibilities:
Prep work
Taking garbage and trash to the dumpster area
Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
Assembling, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine
Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves
Ability to work in hot and damp environments
Ability to respond to emergency situations to avoid endangering themselves or others
