The Wesley is a newly opened restaurant located in the heart of the West Village. As a sustainable restaurant, we focus on where our food and beverage comes from.
The cuisine focuses on vegetable forward dishes, embodying a formal elegance to what some may call farm-to-table. With produce from local farmers and a small handful of ethically raised animal-based dishes, healthy eating is at the heart of our space.

Qualified Line Cooks will have:
- 2+ years of experience cooking in a well-rated, formal restaurant
- Prior experience with scratch cooking, working with high quality produce and seasonal cuisine
- A great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
- Teamwork mentality
- Proficient at following direction and working independently when needed
- Full-time availability, including nights & weekends
