As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.
As a server, you will:
1. Learn about Japanese food culture with focus on Ramen
2. Have opportunities to learn how to cook and prep Japanese food
3. Work in a fast paced environment
4. Learn important aspects of restaurant operations
We only promote from within and never hire managers from the outside and reward hard working awesome people with great responsibilities and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
. Present menu and answer questions
. Take orders and make recommendations
. Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
. Issue bills and accept payment
. Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
. Ensure that customers be full satisfied with their meal.
. Learn and perform minor prep during down time
. Perform other restaurant related duties as and when needed
Please note that pay is directly related to your ability to perform the required duties. Training will provided as needed to ensure that you can perform the needed tasks to expectation.
