Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Sanitizing: You will be responsible for meticulously cleaning bathrooms, ensuring they sparkle and maintain a fresh, hygienic environment.
2. Laundry Care: Managing the laundry efficiently, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes with care.
3. Bed Linen Management: Changing and arranging bed linens regularly, ensuring crisp and comfortable beds.
4. Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to keep them free of dust, dirt, and debris.
5. Organization Skills: Tidying and organizing rooms and living areas to maintain an orderly and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Ability to efficiently manage clutter and maintain a sense of order is highly valued.
6. Dishwashing Duties: Loading and unloading the dishwasher with care.
7. Waste Management: Responsible for emptying trash cans regularly and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
8. Proactive Housekeeping: Anticipating cleaning needs, identifying areas that require special attention, and taking the initiative to address them promptly.
9. Respectful and Discreet: Demonstrating professionalism and respect for the family’s privacy and personal belongings while working in their home.
10. Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with the family, understanding their preferences, and being receptive to feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
– Attention to detail is a must to ensure high-quality cleaning and organization.
– Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent cleaning schedule.
