WellBorn Management is looking for 2 maintenance engineers for its Atlanta Downtown limited service hotels. The hotels are under 100 rooms. The maintenance engineer is the only one in the department so being organized and efficient is a must. The maintenance engineer is responsible for the following:
- fixing work orders correctly and timely
- performing preventative maintenance work on 3 rooms each day
- shampoo hallway carpets each month
- shampoo 1/3 of the rooms each month
- change out air filters each month for central ac units
- spray pest medicine in 1/3 of the rooms each month
- repair staff washers and dryers
- repair light fixtures throughout the hotel
- repair plumbing issues throughout the hotel
- repair electrical issues throughout the hotel
- repair HVAC issues throughout the hotel
This role is a challenging role. It will require dedication, organization, and efficiency day in and day out.
