House Manager wanted for Live-in.
Duties include:
Cleaning and maintenance of property
Encourage residents to wake up and prepare for departure to daily programs
Assist Director in weekly meetings
Inform Director of resident issues and concerns
Full preparation of Dinner daily
Full preparation of Breakfast for residents
Intake of new residents.
Oversee residents, resolving conflicts and enforcing house rules.
Perform weekly shoppings trip with residents.
Errands and pickups as needed for the house
Communicate and implement house rules
Clean driving record required
Must be able to cook
Most residents are away during the day at program. Sober home no alcohol or drug usage permitted.
House Manager Compensation:
Room and Board provided.
Vehicle Access Provided
Meals provided
Cable TV and Wi-Fi
$1,200 -$1,600 Monthly Salary.
