Couple in Miami Beach seeks an experience live-out housekeeper for long-term. The position is full-time five days per week. There are two shifts 9am to 5pm and 12pm to 8pm.
The ideal candidate must have ample experience working in a private residence with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General daily housekeeping through-out the home.
- Laundry : bed sheets, table linens, bath towels, man’s dress shirts, fine clothing
- Washing, laundering, changing, and ironing sheets twice weekly
- Meticulous closet organization throughout the house as per instructions, managing and inventorying items that have been sent out for professional dry cleaning service
- Support the chef by cleaning dishes and kitchen periodically throughout their shift
- Packing and unpacking clothes from travel with detailed organization
- Caring of animals: tidying their spaces, feeding, and cleaning litter care
- Provide end of day housekeeping services,
refresh spaces, clean, organize and restock items as needed
- Additional housekeeping and laundry-related tasks as needed and per request
- Providing service for special events, holidays and family gatherings, in conjunction with the additional staff.
Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5+ years related experience working in a formal private home in a similar role
- Previous experience in fine home, non-intrusive, highly trustworthy.
- Must have verifiable references and agree to comprehensive background check.
- Proficient in English language and communication skills
- Must be reliable and have own vehicle or very
- Must be punctual and dedicated.
- Proficiency operating a Laura Star iron is a plus
- Knowledge of fine linens, designer clothing and fabrics, ability to use a sewing machine for light alterations or fixing/patching minor tears or holes in clothing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, able to work without immediate supervision
- Must be proactive, keen attention to detail and anticipate needs of the owners
- Active and agile; able to move easily about.
- Valid Drivers License and Valid US work authorization
Compensation: Starting at $20-$25 per hour , Paid Vacation, Overtime Pay, Healthcare Reimbursement
