HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER – TAMPA
A Manager of Housekeeping is responsible for assisting in the management of all Housekeeping efforts to ensure overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Manager of Housekeeping, you would be responsible for assisting in the management of all Housekeeping efforts to ensure overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards. Manages and coordinates all departmental team members in various work assignments. Assists with administrative duties such as maintaining documentation, processing payroll, conducting inspections, scheduling, etc. Monitors guest requests and complaints and coordinates with other departments for resolution. Interviews, trains, supervise, counsels, schedules and evaluate staff.
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years of housekeeping supervisory experience
* Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Housekeeping experience in a full-service hotel
* Bilingual
