We’re looking for a couple of receptionist to attend the office phone, qualify and follow up with potential and existing customers, update calendar, and maintain constant communication with team leaders. Sometimes you will be taking care of coordinating delivery materials for the crew and other small tasks.
The position is part-time (NO home office) working morning shift (9-2pm and evening (2-7pm)
Requirements
-Excellent written and spoken English skills. Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
-Professional, confident, and friendly phone presence
-Must be on time for shifts and have a positive mindset
-Proof of experience with customer service, receptionist, assistant or other related areas (at least 1 year)
