Responsabilidades:
Establecer y rellenar las estaciones con todos los suministros necesarios.

The new Peacock Garden Resto Bar & Grill is hiring for Line Cooks
We are looking for a professional line chef to prepare food according to the exact specifications of the chef and set up the stations.
Responsibilities:
Establish and fill the stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare food for customers (e.g., cut vegetables, cut meat, grill, pan, iron, etc.)
Cook the menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Respond, inform and follow the chef’s instructions
Clean your station and store and label the remains of food at the end of the shift.
Manage an adequate inventory of stocks
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely manner
Comply with nutrition and sanitation standards and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and clients.
Requirements:
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, salad cook or prep chef
Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in the execution of assigned tasks
Familiar with the best practices in the industry.
