Jimmy Guana’s Waterfront Restaurant and Splash Harbour Water Park at Holiday Inn Harbourside Indian Rocks Beach are now hiring for multiple positions as we enjoy a busy Summer ‘Season’. We’re a casual restaurant located inside a busy hotel, and we’re proud to have a loyal local following, as well. We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week. The Snack Shack at Splash Harbour Water Park serves hamburgers, funnel cakes, corn dogs, dippin’ dots, mozzarella sticks, wraps, ICEEs, and much more.
The hotel and restaurant are themed tropical, ‘Key West-style’. Jimmy’s has an inside dining room, a private room for 50 inside the restaurant, and seating on the deck (covered and open), with live entertainment nightly. Jimmy’s has an inside bar, a bar on the deck, Cruzan Rum Shack adjacent to Splash Harbour Water Park, and the Water Park’s snack shack . We also provide food and beverage for many catered events in the hotel’s meeting and function space – from corporate meetings to weddings and more.
