About: The Local Hen and The 1 Cantina Oviedo are two fast-casual restaurants in Oviedo, FL.
The Local Hen specializes in contemporary American cuisines like chicken, burgers, fries, and other specialty foods. The 1 Cantina is an authentic Mexican restaurant serving the best Mexican food in town.
Both micro-restaurants are part of The Food Factory Foodie Collective coming to Oviedo on the Park, a well-designed indoor, covered outdoor, and open-air courtyard space for fabulous food, drink, games, and entertainment. The Food Factory Foodie Collective is a unique concept bringing together a collection of 7 restaurant concepts. The Local Hen and The 1 Cantina are proud to be part of the Food Factory Foodie Collective and excited to bring a positive experience for its consumers as well as our employees.
