Need experienced manager with real Kitchen experience that can follow direction, learn recipes quickly and manage staff on shift to execute menu, service and cleanliness to our standards. We prefer manager with solid independent restaurant cooking experience. Preference given to applicants that can show some management experience, but more importantly solid consistent work history.
You do not need pizza experience, but the ability to adapt and learn.
Absolutely require ability to correctly and quickly execute our menu while bringing a positive and can do attitude to work every day. Weekend availability required, 45 to 50 hour work week. Expected to learn our pizza recipe and pizza making methods. Also, expect to do dishes and clean along with everyone else. No clip board managers!
Tattoos, piercing and generally positive attitudes welcome as long as you want to be part of a team making Excellent food, giving great service and making sure the place is sparkling clean!
Our hours are from 11am to 9pm, so no late nights.
48,000 to 52,000 per year salary
