As kitchen supervisor, you’ll be leading a small army of line cooks and overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen, including cleaning the equipment, checking supplies and rotating food stock.
· Managing the kitchen staff/ delegating task as you see fit.
· Making sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work
· Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of food items and supplies
· Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients and use food surpluses
· Control portion costs by working out the number of portions per food batch with the GM.
· Constantly staying on top of the staff with our standard of what the products should look and taste like.
· Complete knowledge of the menu, kitchen equipment, and inventory.
· Everyday training is a must to ensure we all are on the same page about the standards of Juicy Burgers
