Esta posición tiene la responsabilidad de administrar un restaurante bien establecido de servicio completo y la supervisión de los miembros del personal. Las responsabilidades generales incluyen planificar, organizar, capacitar y proporcionar el liderazgo necesario para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos en ventas, costos, retención de empleados, servicio al cliente, calidad de alimentos, limpieza y sanidad.
Los candidatos calificados deben tener/poseer:
• Un mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia para la posicion de Gerente y entre 5-7 años de experiencia para la posicion de Gerente General
• La capacidad de trabajar en un entorno sumamente acelerado de volumen muy alto
• Experiencia probada en el manejo de ambos, BOH (cocina) y FOH (comedor).
• Conocimiento de la organización esencial de cocina y el manejo de plantillas de personal
• Excelente Manejo de tiempo.
• Excelente habilidad de proveer servicio al cliente con la capacidad de solucionar problemas rápidamente y efectivamente.
• La habilidad de motivar y dirigir a un equipo
• La habilidad de trabajar 50-60 horas semanales.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación – Español e Inglés.
• Experiencia en la cocina cubana y/o latina (un PLUS +).
• Fuerte comprensión financiera
• Elegibilidad para trabajar en los Estados Unidos

Hiring Managers and General Managers for High Volume, Full Service Restaurant.
Family style Cuban restaurant has immediate openings in multiple locations.
Food and Beverage company with over (10) restaurants has immediate openings for General Managers with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing high volume, full service restaurants. This position carries the responsibility of managing a well-established full service restaurant and the supervision of hourly staff members. Overall responsibilities include planning, organizing, training and providing the leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills / experience:
• A minimum of 3-5 years for managers and 5-7 years for General Managers.
Must have proven experience with both front and back of the house.
• Knowledge of essential kitchen organization and employee documentation
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – Spanish and English required
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Experience with Cuban and/or Latin Cuisine a PLUS
• Must be able to work 50-60 hours weekly
• Strong Financial Acumen
