Diaperkind is a sustainable cloth diapering service in Gowanus Brooklyn. Our laundry team is the best, with many people working here for 4+ years. Laundry attendants work a set part-time schedule. All of our detergents are plant based and environmentally friendly.
We are looking for attendants looking for a long term opportunity.
Description
Loading and emptying washers and dryers
Sorting, counting and bagging clean inventory.
Keeping track of varying sizes of diapers for over 300 families and ensuring these items are sorted, counted, bagged and stored properly.
Attention to detail and organization skills are a must!
Qualifications:
Willingness to be open to learning and growing

Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential
Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds

Carga y vaciado de lavadoras y secadoras
Clasificación, conteo y embolsado de inventario limpio.
Realizar un seguimiento de los diferentes tamaños de pañales para más de 300 familias y garantizar que estos artículos se clasifiquen, cuenten, embolsan y almacenen correctamente.
¡La atención al detalle y las habilidades de organización son imprescindibles!
Calificaciones:
Voluntad de estar abierto a aprender y crecer.
Madurez de juicio y comportamiento.
Mantiene altos estándares para las áreas de trabajo.
Asiste al trabajo y se presenta a tiempo para el turno programado con regularidad satisfactoria
Capacidad para presentarse a sí mismo de una manera altamente profesional ante los demás y comprender que la honestidad y la ética son esenciales
Habilidad para mantener una actitud positiva.
Capacidad para comunicarse con compañeros de trabajo y otros departamentos con profesionalismo y respeto.
