Schedule: Monday-Friday with shifts starting at 8pm and ending around 4am.
Job Duties: Manage a 4-person crew throughout the year. Training, enforce company protocol while maintaining a high level of honoring it, hit company goals, speed and accuracy accountability, assisting with hiring/firing if/when necessary and other random tasks to support the overnight commercial contract. You’ll report directly to the CEO of the company.
