The Cocinita Miami in Brickell, Miami, is looking for experienced professional line cooks to prepare menu items and dish to the exact standards and specifications set by the Chef in a fast paced.
Line cook duties will consist of setting up and stocking stations on the kitchen line, prepping food for service, preparing customer orders to specification standards and maintaining high level of station cleanliness. Assisting leadership with daily assignments. The successful candidate(s) will be able to complete the responsibilities described below. We are in need of AM and PM roles. Casual, level-headed atmosphere.

*Demonstrated line cook experience in a high volume, scratch kitchen environment.
*Understanding of cooking methods, procedures, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
*Consistent in speed and accuracy in producing high quality menu items.
*Understanding of food safety, handling and labeling of raw and prepped food product.
*Demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine desire to take care of our guests to ensure a high-quality experience.
*Must be able to work evening and weekends.
*English/Spanish Bi-lingual preferred.
