Seeking experienced line cook and garde manger(salad station) for high volume, fine dining restaurant.
Duties Include:
Preparing dishes according to our recipes in a timely manner, while maintaining our high standards.
Working with expediter to insure all dishes for each table are prepared simultaneously
Working well under pressure during high volume service
Setting up station
Breaking down station
