We are looking for a high energy Team Member that will support one of our location in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We are open to both full time and part time.

If you enjoy eating and creating heathy dishes and you have a positive attitude you may be a good fit for our team. We only use non-invasive cooking techniques, we don’t have grill or fryer, the job consists mostly of preparing fresh vegetables, dressings and assembling salads (no bad small, no heat). .

DOH certificate is a big plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Positive attitude that transmits the values of our business.
– Work in the line to assemble our dishes and provide amazing customer service
– When necessary, being able to help in the kitchen to prepare foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
– Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
– Cleans equipment after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
– Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
– Assists in the ordering, receiving and packaging as required.
– Maintains a good working relationship with coworkers, guests and managers.
– Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
– Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
– Ensure stores’ cleanliness by keeping a clean work station, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
– Communicate effectively with team members and management while training new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
– Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to our dress code.
– Must be able and willing to carry 40 pounds
