We are seeking a dispatcher in the Houston Metro area. Primary responsibilities will be dispatching drivers, maintaining contact with customers, data entry, invoicing, answering calls, and other duties as assigned. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, but can vary depending on demand. This is an office and is not available to be worked remotely.
Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a minimum of a class C license
Must be capable of working with limited supervision and in teams
Must have experience in using Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Be able to work some weekends/evenings
Must have a clean criminal background
Bi-lingual
Preferred
One year Dispatcher experience
Experience using Quickbooks
Experience with Crown Express Data Systems
Experience with Whatsapp
Experience with RingCentral
