Pizzeria in Deep Ellum is looking for an experienced kitchen manager. We are looking for someone who has a great amount of experience in Production and management.
Responsibilities include:
Must have a strong catering back ground.
Helping management and ownership staff back of house employees.
Place weekly food orders while maintaining high food quality and low food cost
Able to work all line cook positions in the kitchen
This is a working Kitchen Manager position.
