Job Description Position Mission:

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a “Guest comes first” attitude
- Able to make weekly staffing schedule and adjust based on needs
- Ensures Guests purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Has the ability to delegate and lead a team
- Blends smoothies according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste
- Encourages and trains upselling at the point of sale (POS)
- Adheres and enforces company standards for operations, marketing/communications, and brand identity
- Can effectively train and develop team members
- Properly train to prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Conduct weekly inventories
- Perform opening and/or closing duties as designated
- Perform and adjust store checklist tasks accordingly
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, fellow supervisors and ownership
- Ability to follow state and county food safety regulations
- Enthusiasm for our mission
At least two years of restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Smoothie King, to take responsibility as a Supervisor or Manager.
Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
Must be on call.
Physical Demands: The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Two years or more of restaurant experience
