We are looking for an on-call Banquet Server for our Banquets Department. A minimum of 1 years’ food & beverage experience is required, preferably in a luxury setting. Responsibilities include assisting with the set-up of the banquets events; providing service to hotel guests during event functions; driving results by following our service standards; maintaining all front and back of house banquet areas, including the cleanliness of serving stations; and maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and inventory. Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30lbs. ServSafe and TIPs certification is desirable. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Provide complete Food & Beverage service to hotel guests according to hotel specifications and group requirements. Ability to work efficiently under pressure maintaining a courteous demeanor. Provide complete table maintenance during function to include room setup and tear down. Constantly maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
