Maxine’s on Shine is a 10 yr old, award winning restaurant, that is a member of Orlando Magazine’s “Dining Hall of Fame”. We welcome our guests into the parlor of a friends home with a sexy, comfortable and delicious vibe in the midst of a true neighborhood. We are a small, and proud team that the community counts on for an experience and not just dining. Position:
UTILITY ( Busser/dishwasher): You will be scheduled to work only one role per shift, either busser or dishwasher. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
1) Timeliness with a positive, professional attitude and appearance
2) Take direction, perform efficiently, and understand your role in the teams success
3) Have reliable transportation and working phone
4) Adhere to company policies and health code standards
5) Bus/Clear/Clean/Reset Tables Dining Areas
6) Assist Washing Glassware, Cleaning, Stocking Bar
7) Help w/ Opening and Closing Duties (mats, fans, trash, etc)
8) Dish washing in kitchen
9) Be able to lift 50lbs
10) Be comfortable in a high volume and small space environment
11) Legal work status
12) Vaccinated against Covid-19
Pay is $10/hr plus tips. Benefits include:
1) Closed major holidays
2) We take a few PAID breaks throughout the year, so everyone gets a few days off with PAY.
3) 50% off meals during a shift, and 25% off when dining on your own time
4) Complimentary shift drink for those of age, and family meal at close of shift

Hours of Operation:
Dinner: Wednesday -Saturday seating from 5p until 9p (we are normally out around 11pm
Brunch: Friday – Sun seating from 10a until 3pm
Closed: Monday & Tuesday
