Position: Attendant I
Department: Park Operations Department
Reports to: Guest Experience & Park Operations Manager
Summary:
Providing crowd control duties in show venues, ensuring guest safety and maintaining venue cleanliness.
Roles & Responsibilities –
Perform crowd control tasks in order to open and close shows safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of area, to include sweeping show venues once shows have concluded
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions and resolving guest issues
Assist Park Operations Management when needed in the search for lost children/parents within the Park.
Assist Park Operations Management when needed in the aid to any guest.
Secure the park at closing each business day
Requirements –
Education: High School Diploma
Languages: Fluent English & Preferably Fluent Spanish
Skills:
Communication: Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnel
Problem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research and collect data, draw valid conclusions and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner
Flexibility: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously; maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing demands for multiple concurrent projects
Experience:
Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service
Other:
Must be 18 years or older when hired
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Maintains a professional appearance that meets the company uniform and grooming standards
Work as part of a team to increase productivity and while providing excellent guest service
Must be able to work in rain or shine conditions for prolonged periods of 8 hours
