Looking for strong hard working individuals with a good work ethic.
Saturdays are mandatory and you MUST be able to work a fluctuating schedule.
– Some days you will get done at 2pm and some days won’t get done till 8pm. We work till the job is done.
Paid Weekly on Wednesday (Pay week is Friday-Thursday)
Everyone is a W2 employee – We do not offer 1099.
Starting pay – $16.00/hr + tips
After a 30 day training period this is increased to $18.00/hr. (Depending on job performance)
Crew Lead/Driver – $20-25.00/hr + tips
+1 hour drive time added per job (except tryouts)
– Everyone comes in as a helper.
– How fast you move up is dependent on the person.
– Some guys become lead/driver after 3-4 weeks of employment. Some take a few months.
– After completing driver training the next step is learning loading and paperwork with the customer.
– If you do NOT want to learn to drive or lead please do not apply.
