ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
The Agency at The Univision Network is looking for a Multimedia Producer to join our team!
The Agency serves as the creative services division of Univision, UNIMÁS and Galavisión Networks producing all their on-air promotions, radio spots, digital assets, and OOH. The Agency also oversees creative for special corporate communication projects, positioning videos, and programming reels.
This position has full ownership and overall responsibility, from conception to delivery, of multi-platform promotional materials for entertainment and news programming. You will report to the Promotions Manager for Entertainment & News; and will work closely with a team of creatives – other producers, editors, graphic artists, and sound designers to ensure that the final product is executed flawlessly.
ABOUT YOU:
You have knowledge of, experience in, and passion for promoting Spanish-language Television. You stive for the new and are excited about developing innovative 360 promotional strategies, always with an eye on the competition. No challenge is too large because you are adaptable and accustomed to working in fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You have the ability to work autonomously but can also work collaboratively as part of a team.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Develop, create, write, and produce compelling and hard-selling concepts and copy for promotions and special campaigns across all platforms, including linear TV, radio, digital, and OOH that connect with our Hispanic audience and inspire them to watch, share and talk about our network assets.
- Work on creative concepts, taglines and create PowerPoint presentations for launch campaigns including a 360 approach to selling the shows. Ability to present those proposals and ideas to the management.
- Develop mood boards, scripts, and schematics based on project objectives.
- Collaborate with teams from other business units to obtain materials and information.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last-minute programming changes.
- Ability to analyze ratings and adjust creative based on the performance of shows.
- Lead promo shoots.
YOU HAVE:
- 4-year College degree a plus
- Five years minimum Network On-Air Promotions with a proven track record of developing and producing/directing high-quality marketing content with an eye for good taste.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong Spanish-language copywriting skills
- Knowledge of deck building for creative Powerpoint presentations
- Superior knowledge of the industry and up-to-date with current trends and technologies
- Social Media content marketing and experiential marketing experience are a plus.
- Knowledge and clear understanding of the US Hispanic market a plus
- Able to travel up to 25%
- Willingness to work long hours and some weekends with short notice.
