Qualifications
DESCRIPTION
The Seasonal Support Associate supports the Store’s front of house operations during the busy retail Holiday Season. This position will perform multiple functions in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Remove clothing items from fitting rooms, steam when necessary, and place items back on the sales floor
Assist with placing clothing items in fitting rooms for clients
Proactively monitor inventory levels and restock items daily
Restock items on the sales floor when new merchandise arrives and place overflow items in the stock room
Locate merchandise based on customer requests
Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness
Assist clients with locating their packages and delivering them to curbside locations as applicable
Transport merchandise items to the proper department as needed
Gift box items for clients as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
Availability to work flexible hours from week to week during November and December including weekends, evenings, and Holiday shifts
Must be a quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Customer Service Focus
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
