We are a new, exciting modern Italian restaurant opening in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are committed to bringing the tastes and charm of Italy to our customers, providing a dining experience that combines authentic cuisine with exceptional service.
**Positions Available:**
1. **Line Cooks:** Seeking dedicated individuals who will prepare meals to perfection.
2. **Restaurant/bar Manager:** A seasoned professional with excellent leadership skills to oversee the running of the bar program and managing the floor
3. **Maitre D’:** A driven individual who can lead host team and assist management. Booking Private events and managing all reservations.
4.**Bartenders:** Individuals with a passion for mixology and the ability to create a range of beverages.
5. **Servers:** Friendly and professional individuals who will ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
6. **Host/Hostess:** Welcoming individuals with excellent people skills to greet guests and manage reservations.
7. **Dishwasher:** Reliable individuals who will maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.
8. **Busser:** Dedicated team players who will assist in the setting and clearing of tables.
9. **Barbacks*- team player to help prep all bar stations and assist bartenders during service.

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
