Be to work on time with a positive attitude
Customer Service and Effective Communication
Maintain a clean workspace
Learn to Bake and Decorate cakes
Delivery of Cakes and Cupcakes (Must have clean driving record)
Upscale cake shop looking for a Customer Service person who is willing to learn baking, learn cake decorating, and occasionally help with Deliveries. Must be able to work Tuesday – Saturdays 9am – 4pm.
The right person should be able to communicate well with customers in understanding their cake vision, wants and needs. Sometimes this means providing alternate ideas to fit inside their budget or time constraints.
The job requires driving, standing and walking for extended periods of time, and some heavy lifting.
