As the Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth bar operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties may include:
— Managing and training the bar staff
— Overseeing inventory and restocking supplies
— Creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests
— Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate food and drink orders
— Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues
— Implementing and enforcing safety and compliance protocols

As a door person at Canton Icehouse, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment. Pay is $20 per hour. Shifts are Friday and Saturday nights, from 7:30 pm to midnight. Duties may include:
— Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival
— Checking IDs and ensuring legal drinking age compliance
— Managing guest flow during peak hours
— Collaborating with security to maintain order and safety
