Nowak’s Cantina – Mexican Restaurant looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to take accurate orders while providing friendly and attentive service that builds the guest’s intent to return.
Qualifications
SERVERS must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in fast paced, high volume restaurants.
Mexican cuisine knowledge is preferable.
Our restaurant has a fast-paced atmosphere, so it is crucial that our Servers take pride in providing attentive, friendly and clean service that ensures our guests feel valued and well taken care of, which contributes to guest loyalty.
Servers will have 4-6 table sections and be responsible for bringing chips and salsa upon arrival, taking drink orders immediately, bringing drinks back within 2 minutes, then offering water if customer desires. Help running food and keeping guests needs. Again fast paced so must be a quick thinker.
Open Monday-Saturday nights only
3pm arrival bar out by 930/1030pm
4pm arrival server out by 9/1030pm
Must work Friday & Saturday nights
Opportunity to work as many days as you want as long as you can keep same schedule weekly
