We are A1 Assets Inc., Florida’s largest asset management and recycling services company. In business since 2001, A1 Assets focuses on electronics recycling, online auctioneering services, and wholesaling computer equipment. We are currently expanding and seeking a qualified Office Assistant to join our front office team. It is our hope that you will take part in this exciting growth opportunity! Our headquarters is located at 2452 Lake Emma Road, Suite 1010, Lake Mary, FL 32746.

Position & Pay:
We are seeking one Office Assistant to assist us with our front office administration. This full-time position pays $14.00 per hour (40 hours per week). The candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with an hour lunch.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service online, over the phone, and in person.
• Assist in the front office with a variety of clerical tasks to include printing, scanning, and filing.
• Support basic AR/AP functions to include invoicing/collections and bill paying.
• Support the HR Manager with a variety of HR tasks to include, recruiting, employee orientation/training, maintaining employee files/records, payroll, and to serve as a communication liaison between the employees, HR, and Management.
• Assist the Management Representative (MR) with tasks as they relate to our Company’s environment, health and safety programs on an as needed basis.
• Offer assistance to the Executives and the Front Office Manager with a variety of project tasks and other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in an administrative environment (some human resources related experience is a plus).
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical, organized, and a detail-oriented individual.
• Capable of working independently and able to take direction from multiple leaders.
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• Previous QuickBooks experience.
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
• Discreet, honest, and trustworthy.
• Pleasant positive personality.
• Able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM with a mandatory hour lunch.
