We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and comfortable interacting with the public.
Responsibilities
- Cash out service customers
- Answering and directing calls amongst the proper departments
- Posting service Repair orders and accepting payments
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
