As an Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver safe, reliable and enjoyable service, delight customers and support the goals of our government partners. Responsibilities
Load, drive, and unload up to 50 lbs of scooters (with or without accommodation) between the warehouse and around the local area
Execute all daily operations vital to support scooter deployment and retrieval
Diagnose scooter issues and perform safety checks and minor repairs, in the Spin warehouse and in the field
Rebalance scooters from low to high demand areas
Collaborate with team members to accomplish shift goals
Educate new users on scooter safety
Monitor and report on-street incidents
Respond to customer service requests at the direction of the Operations Lead
Use mobile apps and spreadsheets to enter data, track vehicle location and status
Must Have
Have a valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older with two years of driving experience
Weekend Availability
Have a smartphone and experience using mobile applications
Proficiency in English is required
Highly Desired
Familiarity with local area streets and neighborhoods
Results Oriented
Previous delivery, commercial driving, mechanical and inventory experience

$15.75 per hour

An essential function of this position is driving, therefore to be eligible a valid and current driver’s license is required. As part of the interview process, applicants may be asked to participate in a driving test. Applicants asked to participate in the driver’s test must have a valid and current driver’s license at the time of the test. If applicant is offered a position, proof of a valid and current driver’s license will be one of the conditions of employment.
