Job Description:
This full-time OPS position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assignments team at the Housing Administration Building for the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
Respond to student / parent inquires via primarily via phone and email, and in-person.
Serve as backup for the Front-Desk Coverage.
Activate and process student staff housing agreements.
Represent Housing and Residence Life at virtual events such as Orientation and Open Houses.
Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service experience.
Previous Residence Life / Student Affairs experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in-person.
