What you will do:
Help create an oasis in Manhattan by maintaining the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of occupied residential buildings.
Ensure a safe working environment by following all on-site sanitation requirements with regards to household trash, oversized discarded items and recycling removal.
Maintain a healthy community by performing general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, dusting, operation of an interior building trash compactor machine, etc.).
Keep the lines of communication between SPS and its residents open by delivering written notices to resident apartments.
Operate a motor vehicle to help expedite large jobs and get stuff done!
What you should have:
0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Proper photo identification and work authorization paperwork.
Valid violation-free New York State driver’s license that must be enrolled in the New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS) program.
