Part-time Sales Associate- New York Part Time

We are now looking for Part-Time Sales Associates to work at our Williamsburg Store . As a Sales Associate, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with maintaining a fun, credible brand and communicating our brand story to our end consumers to maximize sales.

Work tasks:
Open/close the store (depending on shift)
Give all customers a best-in-class Happy Socks experience
Build professional relationships with key customers
Restock and merchandise the store to always showcase the product and brand in the best way possible, and to ensure the store is neat and tidy at all times
Execute global and local marketing campaigns and store visuals per management direction
Assist with planning and execution of customer in-store events and special promotions
Participate in store inventory cycle counts (2x per year) and ordering as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills:
1+ years customer service and retail store experience
Selling superstar
Structured and detail-focused; able to quickly and effectively problem-solve by developing creative solutions
A team player with a drive to succeed, and solution-oriented
Passion for our products, sales and customer experience
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Passion for our products and delivering a best-in-class customer experience
Share the cultural philosophy/image of Happy Socks
Position will include some holidays, nights and weekends
