Rezdora, a popular Italian restaurant in Flatiron, is looking for thoughtful, dedicated and eager to learn pastry cooks to join our close kitchen team and our head pastry chef, Dominique Lombardo. The position can be either part time or full time depending on the candidates availabilty. The menu items change based on the season and remain authentic to the region of Emilia-Romagna with an extensive gelato program, plated desserts, focaccia production and chocolate work.
