Pastry Cook Full Time

James Beard recipient Tyson Cole’s nationally acclaimed Uchi restaurant is now accepting applications for Pastry Cook for our Miami locaiton in the Wynwood neighborhood.

Must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week. This position is for AM Production Pastry Cook. Shifts will mainly be 7am-3pm for Production but may vary depending on business.

Minimum one year of pastry experience preferably in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant. Pastry school is not required but a plus. Must be able to work with a team, contribute to a positive work environment, execute recipes and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
