TransForce’s Phone Representative role is the first step in a training curriculum that prepares you to become a Field Recruiter or Driver Hiring Specialist in less than two months.
The Phone Representative is responsible for speaking with drivers about and guiding them through the TransForce job application process. The work is done via outbound phone calls to a worklist of drivers provided to you. THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING, DRIVERS HAVE APPLIED WITH US. The goal of the work is to have as many drivers complete the job application process as possible.
The training curriculum guides you through a series of learning modules that teach you how to recruit and hire professional truck drivers. Based on your success as a Phone Representative, the position promotes to a Recruiter or Driver Hiring Specialist role earning an increase in pay.
Work Requirements:
An individual qualified for this work will have experience working in an office outbound call center environment. They will have the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and work with a wide variety of callers. . Experience in or an ability to demonstrate an understanding of truck driver recruitment will be an added benefit.
Available Work:
The Phone Representative position allows for 40 hours per work week with a starting salary of $45,000 per year. The phone rep position is based out of our local Sunrise, FL office.
