As the Prep or Line Cook, you will prep, set up and prepare quality food products in assigned areas of the kitchen in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Ability to:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years restaurant experience.
Two years experience in a food preparation position.
Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
Food Handler Certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably Spanish.
Sanitation certificate.
