ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: **
Run the food and beverage orders for and the food server to the tables for customers, using suggestive selling techniques, clear tables during service.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the server.
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
Must be able to multitask to ensure customers get their orders promptly.
Follow all instructions from expeditor.
Maintain orders according to each table and food ticket.
Ensure each order is prepared to the restaurant’s and guest’s specifications.
**QUALIFICATIONS: **
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
Physically able to carry 35 pounds; able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
Excellent at verbal communication.
Works well and efficiently under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of staff and management.
