The Bar Assist’s responsibilities include speaking with guests, receiving and delivering drink orders, making recommendations, processing payments, ensuring that guests’ needs and expectations are met, as well as supporting bar operations by cleaning, garnish prep, and stocking. Bar Assists should be skilled multi-taskers with a passion for guest satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails. Bar Assists should also be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and driven to learn the skill of bartending in a fast-paced environment.
