Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Job includes but no limited to:
1. General cleaning (mopping, dusting, etc.,)
2. General sweeping
3. Provide basic janitorial duties including but not limited to ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick-up throughout
property
4. Maintaining curb side appeal (curbs and sidewalks included);
5. Maintain cleanliness of Streets, Pool, Laundry Rooms and Play area;
6. Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding the Leasing Office.
7. Must have own vehicle to be able to travel between sites.
