Charged Media is a rapidly expanding gay adult media company. We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team!
The Production Assistant position is ideal for someone who has a great interest in film production, creative content, and scriptwriting. No experience required, but we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, communicative, and savvy about film, video production, and scriptwriting.
This position is a full-time job starting with a 90 days probationary period.
Responsibilities:
You will learn daily pre-production related tasks and work closely with the Chief Content Officer on various projects. Your job will consist of:
Writing scripts and coming up with new creative ideas on the web
Updating talent tracker with new scenes
Coordinating with directors, ordering props, problem-solving on the fly
Updating spreadsheets with production budgets
Handle site copy final edits
Assist with newsletter QA
Implementing production quality metrics
Providing constructive criticism for producers
Analyzing the market online to find key trends to recreate in our department
Requirements:
Passionate about film production, video production, creative content, scriptwriting, or other related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner and hard worker
Adaptable, capable of managing multiple deadlines, changing deadlines, delegating responsibility for tasks
Self-directed worker, but also a team player
Interest in the adult industry
