WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
BaubleBar is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team. The Production Associate works with the Sourcing & Production team to understand production and sample needs throughout the business. Interested candidates should be able to work well both independently and within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail and candidates must excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines. While our New York City headquarters is currently working remotely, we are looking for a local candidate who is periodically able and willing to work onsite in our office located in the Flatiron area.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
Work with the Production Manager to assist in meeting delivery schedules and quality objectives
Coordinate with vendors to track sample status and review samples for accuracy
Work with internal teams to handle all customer sample requests
Organize and archive all samples across all brands
Provide product details for all customer sample requests
Communicate with vendors on production/sourcing issues
Support Production Manager in weekly production meetings with cross functional partners and communicate the required actions with the vendor
Work with cross functional teams on all production related needs
Maintain reports to give visibility to upper management
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
2-3 years of professional experience in Sourcing, Production or related field
Must be punctual and dependable
Strong excel and data entry skills
Excellent analytical and numerical proficiency
A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail
A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
