Production Foodservice Cooks & Drivers needed in the Downtown/Orlando Area. Monday through Friday, early or mid morning shift, 4 to 6+ hours daily. No weekends or holidays.
We are a foodservice company that distributes meals on a daily basis and are looking to hire a Team to assist with the daily preparation, distribution, and organization of our new and growing operation. Open minded and well rounded candidates requested.
EXPERIENCE…
*Knowledge of bulk food preparation and kitchen operations. Daily preparation of up to 600 meals. HACCP, Sanitation, Organization, & Dependability

REQUIREMENTS…
*Lift and carry items or objects weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 55 pounds with assistance
*Stand for longs periods of time
*Use cleaning chemicals
*Operate commercial kitchen equipment
*Follow foodservice HACCP guidelines
*Shift Ranges: 4AM OR 11AM Shift Availability
DUTIES…
* Performs food preparation activities, i.e., assembling recipe/menu items, washing and cutting fruits and vegetables, slicing breads and meats, opening canned goods, mixing ingredients.
*Performs cooking activities, i.e., baking breads and desserts, steaming vegetables, baking meats and main dishes.
*Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
*Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
*Familiar with industry’s best practices.
*Be responsible for and Complete assigned duties/tasks within the scheduled hours (“We Do Not Micro Manage”)
