School Food Service Workers needed in the Orlando, FL Area. Monday through Friday, early morning  shift, 4 to 6 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!
Responsibilities……..
Experience and knowledge of quantity food preparation and use of equipment.
(We are Willing to train the right candidate.) 
Must be willing and able to:
Lift and carry items or objects weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 55 pounds with assistance
Stand for longs periods of time
Use cleaning chemicals
Operate commercial kitchen equipment
Requirements………
* Performs food preparation activities, i.e., assembling recipe/menu items, washing and cutting fruits and vegetables, slicing breads and meats, opening canned goods, mixing ingredients.
Performs cooking activities, i.e., baking breads and desserts, steaming vegetables, baking meats and main dishes.
*Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
*Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
*Familiar with industry’s best practices.
